NAV 2009 R2 Can not run pages from Object Designer-"The specified profile is not valid"

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,

I am trying to run Pages from Object Designer but it gives the following error: "The specified profile is not valid"

The error is the same even in the case of starting the RoleTailored Client from a Command Prompt.

Any suggestion what should I check?

    set a default profile for the RTC client.
