Copy and paste your NAV Client shortcut to a new shortcut named something like NAV Configure Mode.
Right-click on the new shortcut and select Properties.
The following is the value in the target before editing;
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\100\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe"
Edit this to add -configure to the end;
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\100\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe" -configure
When you now launch NAV using the "NAV Configure Mode" shortcut - NAV will launch in configuration mode and any customisations that you make will be saved at the profile level as opposed to at the user level.
You can change which profile that you want to customise in "User Personalisation".
