NAV 2013 service random hang

Hi All,

I got issue with NAV 2013 service, it random hang and when we go to check it show the service is running but all client cannot connect to server even in server level, it show error as below.

after restart NAV service it work as normal but I can't find the root cause why it hang.

does anyone have solution?

    - what did evemt viewer on server side say?
    - did service really hang or RTC "only" could not connect to?

    -I can't find any clue in windows event viewer, it doesn't have anything related to NAV service
    -It show service is running but RTC can't connect so I think the service is hang, (service is not stopped)

    1. Check firewall rules
    2. Check active directory
