RTC reports are printed with smaller scale than classic reports in NAV 2009 R2

Hi,

I have installed nav 2009 R2 on customer's new Win2012 server. Customer is using RTC client. Some NAV reports are old classic reports and some of are RTC reports.
The problem is that print layout is scaled smaller on paper print (takes only part of the paper layout) when RTC reports are printed. If they print classic reports from RTC, a print layout is fine (print layout uses whole size of paper layout).

Any idea why RTC reports are printed with smaller scale on paper?

This did not happen on old server.

    I would suggest primarily check - paper size, margins etc.

    Paper size and margins are correct.
    When I'm connecting to customer server (nav server) over RDP connection from my laptop and print rtc report from NAV existing on the server then paper layout will be printed with smaller scale to printer.
    If my colleague prints RTC report from the same server using exactly the same RDP connection (from his laptop) and crendentials to nav then report is printed correctly. It seems that this case is somehow related to laptop env.
