Yes, you can add the fact box for both header and lines in Page 50. For lines, just make sure you use the correct ProviderID in your part page properties.

If you're on NAV 2013 or newer then you can add "Dimension Set Entries FactBox" (Page 699) to your "Purchase Order" (Page 50)
