How to gray out Setup in of the subsections

Can anyone tell me how do gray out or prevent use of "Set-up" and "Perioclic Activities" in any of the subsections?

Do you want to disable it only for a specific user or globally for all users?

You can disable them one by one by setting Enabled property on the control... (fast, global)

Or you can modify C/AL code on the form to disable them in run-time (based on some conditions)...(you must know how to create C/AL code and have apropriate license, can be per user settings)
