Hello,
The night shift last night printed the wrong Pallet Tab out so I have tried to do a reverse pallet tab today for them
Checkpoint > Finished Goods Lookup > input the item num in filters > Highlight the line > line > reverse Pallet tab.
It then goes to revers this but stops and pops up with the attached error.
Just wondering what is causing this as I've never seen this before and all quantity's are filled in.

Actually, I would say that it's not a native NAV error. The best option I see for you is to use debugger to locate the error. With this info, you can make investigation what's wrong with your journal batch.

then situations becomes harder... Obvious question but don't you have support partner with deep knowledge of NAV who can connect to your environment (using RDP, Team Viewer etc.) and help you with the issue? If not, IMHO, you should have as you show us a customized functionality, and it's much easier to look for issue reason when support engineer has direct access to the system.
Hope, someone here will be able to help you with current issue using your screenshots, but I'm not sure.
