I dont know where to put those codes ...
When i tried to put those codes it showing some error indicating Smtp setup is not declared....but accutally i declared it in C\AL globals
@bharathnan ,
Populate SMTP server by your smtp server name, e.g. smtp.google.com
Populate Authentication by your authentication method, e.g. Basic for Google Mail
Populate user id and password, e.g. bharathnan@gmail.com and verycomplexpassword
Everything is simple.
But be aware that external services like Google requires SSL enabled, and port can be also different from standard.

Let's start from mail server. Do you use Microsoft Exchange or other?
Outlook is mail CLIENT, but not a SERVER. What mail SERVER do you use to connect to by Outlook?
