Tax problem /Cronus database US-version

I'm having a serious problem getting the tax calculation working. Normaly we are not using this type of tax in sweden, but now I think I might use it for alcohol taxation. So my question is if anyone has a cronus database where the tax calculation is working on sales. If someone has an idea what I might have missed to get this working, that is also welcome.

Do you have a current tax download from Microsoft? Do you know how tax should be cauculated?
