From Multi-Tenant to Single-Tenant

Hi All,
I'm currently on a Multi-Tenant architecture and moving to Single-Tenant architecture, there are many good posts on how to do it by using PowerShell commands, but my question is:
Is there any problem if I exported .navdata file from the Multi-Tenant to a Single-Tenant database? I actually tried it and it worked but I need to take another expert opinion on this. will i have performance issues in the new db? are there any considerations I should think of?
