hello my friends i really need to help me to reshape this problem i in the migration navioship 2009 R2 stage to the latest version 2017 so i have an application that connect to my bridges tilts so there is a file that retrieves the information received from the bridge the aplication and devlopper for windows xp, I need a source code in C # or vb for a small apps that can treat the problem thank you.

    If I understood correctly you have some sort of an app/equipment and you need to connect to it via network to retrieve some information from it.

    Or you just need to import a file with some data created byb 3rd party app?
