Setting up a home NAV environment for experimenting

Hey all,

Can folks access a complete demo of NAV with the DEV client without a partner or customersource login?

I'm having trouble tracking it down online.

The goal is to get a fully functioning demo of 2017 running to work through some DEV projects and do some testing outside of the clients networks.
