I have added option field in a employee table "GradeDesc" when i run EMPLOYEE table it's show error.

Most likely the tables have not been synchronized.
Use Tools -> Sync. Schema For All Tables -> With Validation. Remember the DevEnv must be started in run as Administrator mode to actually synchronize the tables

compile the object from the develop envoirment. What version of NAV is this?0
