Disable single sign on for clickonce remoteapp

We have a problem when we try to help our customers that use nav on azure. We use Azure AD and when we run the remoteapp for NAV it wants to login with our own login, and it does it automatically so i'm not able to enter any other credentials. The only way to bypass it is if i logon to my PC with a local account.
What i've done so far is:
1. Changed settings in Internet explorer to always prompt for credentials.
2. Changed local policy to deny delegation of credentials
3. Logged in to my microsoft account and removed SSO app from my account. (https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/r/#/applications)

Does anyone else have this problem or know the solution to it? Would be very grateful for any tips!

Whenever I encounter this (often, since our customers all use SSO) the only thing that works for me is clearing the IE browser history ( uncheck the top option, check all others ), close all browsers, and try again. And even then... sometimes this doesn't work.
