Hi

I had salesperson who had full access to the customer table.

Please advise how can I stop this user from using the 'right click' >>copy rows function to copy the customer listing from the customer list page and paste into excel.

Thanks.

    Hello,

    Here are some solutions:
    1. Uninstall EXCEL
    2. Punish everyone who copy/past data
    3. Do not give them pens and notebooks also to avoid that they will write some data somewhere
    4. Do not forget to prevent them from taking screenshots also
    5. Fire them

    P.S: that was some sarcasm to tell you "No you can't". No offense :)

    @NavNab Smarthones. You have forgotten to mention seizing smartphones on entering the sales room. And cameras too - so the photos of the monitor cannot be taken.

    But more seriously - @wilson71 you could develop an add-on showing an arbitrary list of fields, and build a new Customer List page susing such an add on. Not sure though if it is worth efforts...

    Personally I think 1 thru 4 are redundant, :smile::smile::smile:
