Unit of Measures affect Qty(Base) on Picks

We are having an issue where when creating a pick with Unit of Measure parts. On the Place Line the Quantity (Base) is being generated incorrectly, for example the Take line could show Quantity (Base) 100 while the Place Line will show Quantity (base) 1.

I know I can;t get a solution from this but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. To fix the issue we delete and recreate the pick which doesn't make sense as that's what created it wrongly in the first place....
