citrix and runreport

Hi Nav-guys,
We have a telephone solution, which calls a webpage to show the possible customers which are calling at that moment.
We added a link to open the contact card in NAV2009 RTC, somehting like DynamicsNAV://myServer:7046/DynamicsNAV/Cronus/runreport?report=50000&filter=MyContact.Name:JohnDoe"
This link is working perfectly when NAV is installed locally.
However, other users are connecting via Citrix. Is there any way to startup nav via citrix with a specific link so we have the same result as with the above url ?
