Start Job Queue in NAV 2017 cu11

in NAV Three Tier
In version NAV 2017 cu11, as Job Queue starts, the n450 (NAS Start Up) does not exist.

How to start the queues?

    It runs if task scheduler is activated on service tier.

    By default this option is enabled, but the tasks I have in the queue are not running.

    Any idea what could be happening?
    In case it helps, it's a windows server 2016

    It might be a problem with access/permissions. You may need to add the service account used to run the NST as a user in NAV, and configure permissions for it.

    Look into the Application Event Log on the NST server, you will see access errors logged in there if this is the case.

    Can be a bug of the cu11, because I uninstalled the cu11 and installed the cu08, and with the same configuration works perfectly.

    CU 11 Platform hotfixes:
    ID=226384: You cannot schedule reports when permissions are granted through a group.

    I have the same problem Queues wont work. The CU 10 does not work as well.
