Print layout in reports in Microsoft Surface

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,
Anyone knows how to resolve this problem?
Printing layout on Microsoft Surface is all messed up.
In another machines, it's fine but in Surface is very bad.
Anyone knows how to solve?

    Did you ever get a resolution to this? We just got the same issue reported from a customer...
