issue in Style sheet

Hi Team,
I imported style sheet 2.0 objects and i tried item card & customer card forms. By using style sheet i created No. column. when I click sent to word it is showing Customer/item no.s successfully. But if I did with customized table it is showing only Table field name. it is not showing data.
It is showing data as mentioned below. Iam using NAV version as 2009
EMP: «Employee_VE_No»
Actually it has to show EMP: EMP001
Can you please let us know how to fix it?
