We have been upgrading our NAV from version 2009 Classic to 2016. We were almost done and we are in our training process right now. However, all of sudden in our training sessions, we are getting some deadlocks and frequent NAV server crashing issues. We reached out to Microsoft, followed all their recommendations, upgraded to the latest build of 2016, but still, the problem exists.
Has anybody faced similar issues? Can somebody please guide or advise what to do. Thanks a lot in advance for your time.

There is not enough information in your post. What is crashing? NST? RTC Client? Web client? how is crashing? Client freezing and then must be manually teminated? Crashes without freezing? When is crashing? On connection to a server? During certain operation(s)? Randomly? Is there anything specific/related/suspicious in the Event Log on the PC where client crashed? On the NST?
