What is the difference between the ZUP file and the Personalizationstore.xml on the local machine? and does that changes when you change from 2009 to 2009 R2 and above?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
ZUP file kept all the information about NAV Classic Client user GUI customisations: changes in column size/position/visibility, filters used on form and request forms on report, last connected servers, etc. Everyting was in there.
In newer versions 2013+ ZUP includes DEV Env GUI customisations
The Personalizationstore.xml keeps the information about the RTC client customisations, and it
only keeps a part of what is/was stored in ZUP file. It seem it only holds column widths adjustments, filters, last selected records on list pages. The Column/Field/page part visibility is now stored in the database, and latest connections and other client related settings in ClientUserSettings.config
Change between 2009 to 2009 R2 Classic Client does not affect the ZUP file or information in it.
