Windows lock screen and NAV

As of last week we've had multiple users that are having the Windows lock screen activate while in NAV. They can be in the middle of entering data and the lock screen will activate. We aren't convinced it has anything to do with NAV but we're stumped. We're looking at maybe a Windows Update or possible virus.

Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi,

Is it possible that users have Ctrl+L shortcut on some Page for someting, and that on user's keyboards they have Windows key close to the Ctrl key, and they're pressing Windows+L rather than Ctrl+L ?

    Windows+L locks the workstation...

Thanks for the idea. We had thought of that but users are seeing this even when they click on a field. No shortcuts were used at the time.

Normal Windows PC with locally installed Windows Client? Published app? Remote whatever? What version of whatever seem relevant?

ClickOnce app. Running NAV2015 on Windows 10.

We did find a user that didn't have issues on Windows 7. We swapped his computer last week with a Windows 10 computer and now he has the screen lock issue.
