Filtering the column RelationTableNo for numbers 91 or 2000000120 gives you a list of fields which have a relation defined to either table 91 User Setup, or to table 2000000120 User.
These are fields which are supposed to have only values present either in table 91 or in table 2000000120 - so the most likely places where your service account may have been used.
If a service account is supposed to be used anywhere it must be added as a regular user (in Users table). It often needs to be added to User Setup table as well.
If you have it in Users table then you can use Page 7702 which gives you list of all fields in all tables. Filter for RelationTableNo = 91|2000000120, that will be a good starting point to get the list of fields where your account has been used.
Nothe however that Page 7702 may not give you a complete list of fields as not all fields have defined relations, and also conditional relation won't show up in there.
I got your point that Page 7702 will give me list of all fields in all tables.
Could you please elaborate your point :
"Filter for RelationTableNo = 91|2000000120, that will be a good starting point to get the list of fields where your account has been used."
