NAV 2016 - ZAR Currency Rate Update

Hi everyone,
customer in South Africa wants to use automated Exchange Rate downloading function in NAV 2016 for ZAR currency.
At this time, they are working with Yahoo service, but this is not reliable - in more than 50% of cases, error 400 is returned, sometimes, rates are working correctly.
Does anyone know other way, other service which will offer ZAR exchange rates? Customer asked by their bankers, but no luck so far.
