Web Client constantly asking login credentials

Inside web.config ClientServicesCredentialType is set to Windows. When I open the Web Client from browser it constantly asks credentials, and after 3rd attempt it says "user not authorized..." or "no permission to view this directory with provided credentials", although I can connect from RTC. Any ideas?

I tried IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome. Everywhere the same.

Ok, tried something similar with non MS browsers.
Clearing cache and cached cred?

Yes, tried that but it think it's some setting that I don't know about. It's my first time setting up webclient.

I use that config with no problems. My guess is that the problem is with the client computer.

Are you using it with internal fqdn of over the internet?

If internal maybe you can use server name only or fqdn
