How to find the Job No. Calculations

Hey I'm having issues locating where the Job No.'s are being set for the Jobs List from the Calculate Plan - Req. Wksh. Report.
A client is asking for a change to the numbering scheme, and I have the code "theoretically" ready I just cannot find anywhere in the code where it does it.
Ive checked the report 699, I've checked the table 167, and i've bounced around a few code units looking.
Just for everyone - Here is how the wkst calcs it
J00121 Master Job 1
J00121-001 Parent Job 1
J00121-002 Child Job 1
What they want is
J00121 Master Job 1
J00121-001 Parent Job 1
J00121-001-001 Child Job 1
J00121-001-002 Child Job 2
J00121-002 Parent Job 2
J00121-002-001 Child Job 3
(I have code to do this tested) I just am not sure where the numbering is getting updated.
