CRM 2011 - Export to excel Dynamic Worksheet issue

in Dynamics CRM
Hi all, My user has offfice 2013 and IE 11 installed on her system. When exporting to excel she selects dynamic pivot table or dynamic worksheet but it is not opening in xls but opening as xml itself. I tried saving the file and then open but still i face the same issue. Is there any settings required to do in excel for this?
