Reports: Display HTML in Word Layout

Hi,
I want an HTML string to be parsed and displayed in a NAV report (Word layout).
In RDLC you can set the markup type of an expression to "HTML" (via placeholder properties).
Is it possible to do this in Word layouts? Or does anyone know a work-around if it is not possible?
