Events in NAV 2016 and Web Services

Hello everyone,

a quick question as I can't seem to find the answer anywhere: When data comes in through a Web Service (here: new data for Table 5902, Service Lines) do subsrciber events get triggered (here: OnAfterInsert for Table 5902, Service Line) as well? Does something specific have to happen for this (e.g. the OnInsert Trigger has to be called upon)?
