How to update subpage based on parent page?

I have a Card page, with a ListPart subpage. The card page holds an "application" code, along with other information, whereas the subpage holds information about all modifications present in the "application". I would like to have NAV automatically insert the application code from the card page into all lines i insert into the subpage. I am pretty new to this still, but i tried a lot of workarounds and none yielded any results for me
