NAV 5.0 SP1 - SQL Server - Changing Companies Very Slow for only One User

We are using NAV 5.0 SP1 with SQL Server. Have one user, using windows login credentials, that takes at times 15 - 20 secs or more to switch companies. Replaced the machine which is directly on our network with no change. Even if the user logs in through a Terminal Server session, it still takes about the same amount of time. Other users including me switch in 1 or 2 secs. Checked SQL Server setup for the user's windows login and can't find anything different. Anybody have any ideas or similar issue?
Thanks,

Check if this particular user has enabled time registration. Check the User Time Register table, and eventually reduce the number of records in it by purging some old entries.
