Problem using powershell with code NAV to connect web services.

Hi.
I'm having a problem when making a web service connection between a computer A and a computer B in different domains.
The code I am using is completely C / AL, I try to call the web service and I get this message I attached.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem ?, I have tried using the following powershell instruction on both computers Enable-PSRemoting , but I still have the problem indicated.
