How do you set a Default "To" value in the Factbox Notes (System Part)

I am trying to get the to and notify field to be defaulted to a name, and checked respectively.
I dunno how to go about this, and I cannot find anything on the web in regards to this topic.

I am 2 weeks into Nav Development, Need all the help I can get!.

If your add the following code to the OnInsert Trigger of table 200000068 - Record Link, then the default user will be notified - BUT the notes page is not updated.

Ya Sorenhinrup that is exactly what I've done, just curious if there was a way to display it on the notes page
