NAV2016 Unwamted Dimension Default

With a recent upgrade, the upgrade tools created table 480, Dimension Set ID. We have had a problem with unwanted and undesired "defaults" in orders, G/L ledgers, etc. I believe the problem may be because the upgrade tools created a Dim Set ID = 0 (zero) and it may be defaulting in the extra Dimensions (not the Global Dimensions). Has anyone else experience this? Were you able to renumber the Dimension ID set? Was it a different problem? The client is live, so we have to approach this carefully.
