customers that stick to users

Hi

Ok this problem I now face is actually the second time I have heared and first one still not solved either.
At some point, one random customer sticks to one of the user and it repeatidly copies his information whenever user creates a new sales order :shock: .

anyone knows the reason ? or a solution may help better

may this problem occur from a defect in the customer table or sales header ? because this is spreading though users.

I would really appriciate answer or solution or advice

1. Maybe that customer is filltered on SO card form? Try to remove filter (Shift+Ctrl+F7).
2. Sometimes zup file get f**k up and need to be deleted.
