Print & Send from the application menu

in NAV Three Tier
Hi everybody,
I am facing a printing layout issue when I print from the "Print & Send" application menu.
I print the "Customer Ledger Entries" list from my computer and from another one and the layout is different !
Is exists a setup or template (maybe according to the user) that NAV refers to ?
Please help !

    sorry, i pasted the text in the wrong place. BTW are you printing straight from the page ? what version of NAV are you using ?

    Yes straight from the page (I am enter into the customer ledger entries from the customer list)
    The version is NAV 2017 (CU 6 I think)

    I am a bit confused. If you are printing. It should look the same. However, that is based in the columns you have selected.

    If you are using the same login in both computers then it should look the same.

    If it is not. Maybe try deleting the user personalization setting for that page.

    Maybe you can attach a picture of how different it looks and I can help further.
