Modern notification in Dynamics NAV 2017

Hi guys,
I am working on a Modern notification in Dynamics NAV 2017 and i am facing a weird situation sometimes notification comes and some time it doesn't though it executes the SEND instruction.
So the issue is "Could not retrieve a form for displaying the notification"
it is a document page which is showing the notification. So rephrasing my question:
Is there anyway to show modern notification on a document page?
What is the possible cause of this error? Can you tell me how to fix it?
