Internal Error 1355 in Module 19 (mbs 4.0)

Hi.

got a customer (Dutch) with MBS 4.0 running on a local computer (no server)
There is only 1 user working in the database.
Frequently he gets the message "internal error 1355 in module 19"
e.g. when looking up stuff in the database.
(there's enough free space in the database)
anyone an idea??

The error is:

19-1355 #Err_DB_DBMNotReentrant DB_Err(1355)

but I don't know what is the exact problem.

i thought this problem was solved by Navision.

maybe this local machine isn't powerful/fast enough

I have encountered same problem. First check the cache. It may need to be increased.
Next Is the program that is running Standard Navision or a modified program?
What is program they are running?
