Is there a way to convert/integrate data from Dynamics AX to Dynamics NAV? If yes, how? If no, is there a possible way to convert/integrate Dynamics AX to Dynamics NAV?

Migrate only Master data and start transactions from scratch.
Export to csv or xml or whatever, and import to nav.
