How modify FactBox Notes

Hello! Prompt, how to modify the Notes FactBox. I want to make a choice in field "To:" from "Salesperson/Purchaser" but not from "User".

to what would you want to change it to? because the 'to' is linked to the rolecenter of the selected user?0
