We have NAV 2016 deployment in azure virtual machines. Users are accessing Dynamics NAV through web client by using an "external " ip url (so all web clients are accessing from internet from azure perspective)
We have the following situation,when (all) users accessing the web client from their own pcs (or any non company devices),fonts - search button is seen correctly.
If they try to access it from a company device/browser they cannot see the icons. So we consider the security settings in the internet options should be investigated by the system administrator (settings are controlled by the domain administrator etc). Customer is asking ifwe should check also the physical folders of web client for the permissions settings.What is your opinion? We think that if there was a problem in the physical folders then the users couldn't access at all from any device.
