Slow Printing

Hi,

We are using an OKi ML380 Elite printer for printing delivery notes, invoices etc.. when we print from Navision it prints really slow. I have tried changing the device font but it makes no difference. Customer is not happy as on their old DOS based system it prints quickly. Is there anyway we can perhaps stop using fonts and simply send the character information to the printer?

I have also thought about changing the font and point size on the actual report but this would take a loooooooong time for all documents.

Or is there any other way to improve the speed?

Try to use Microsoft Generic / Text only printer driver for printing to this printers...
