Default veiw of a trendscape

I have a trendscape listing customers on the left with their sales for a given period on the right. The default view is for the current period to be on the left, with future periods to the right. I am looking for a way to set the default view to be the current period on the right hand side, with historical periods to the left.

Any syggestions would be appreciated.
