Migrating existing configuration to new server

Hi all,
I'm responsible for migrating an old 5.0 database from an old Windows 2003 server to a more current Windows 2012R2 server. I will not be upgrading the database, just moving everything that is existing from one server to the other. Is there a checklist around somewhere that I can use to guide this migration?

I dont know If server 2012r is supported

Are you working native Or sql?
Short:
Setup complete new environment backup database and move it.
After that test If everything is okay.
Plan data for migration.

5.00 isn't supported on ANY platform, so it doesn't matter really. But its better to be unsupported on WIn2012 than unsupported on Win2003
