Modifying the dialogs that pop up when a user Posts something

Hello all,
Brand new to Dynamics Nav. When you post a purchase order, a dialog pops up with 3 options, Receive, Invoice, Receive and Invoice. We need to remove or disable the Invoice line.
1. In the Nav community, is there a different technical term used for these dialogs
2. Where do you find them
3. How do you modify them
a. Can they be controlled through the UI via a setup somewhere
b. How would you modify them in code
4. Any suggested Nav resources for someone who has been a developer for a few years

Thank you for the timely response. What process did you use to determine your answer? How would I go about figuring that out on my own? Are all of those little posting confirmation dialogs grouped together (e.g. CodeUnit91, CodeUnit92, etc)?
