Permission problem - Navision 4

Hi guys, I have a problem with the permissions at Navision 4 version. I am working with my company's developing license and i am trying to set up a super user but only to some of the companies that are existed into the database to have access to. Once i set up my user and assign him only some companies and try to sign in with his username and password the following message appears:
"You do not have permission to read the object table. Contact your system manager if you need to have your permission changed".
I have used the 3.7 version, followed the same procedure and it was working. Is it a bug of the system? I would really appreciate it if you could help me.
