NAV 2017 keeps sending same mail

Hi There,

I've Got a problem with NAV 2017 mail system. SMTP = O365 Account this account keeps sending the same invoice over and over again (on to 109 now) and in the mail que is nothing to see !.
How can i stop this mail sending (without changing SMTP settings)

    Have you tried stopping all Service Tiers?

    We also encounter Navision email out multiple time. We cant find any issue, but somehow the issue is now fine. Let me know if you found out. Thanks
