Record Links Issue - Upgrade from NAV2013 to NAV2017

Hi,
We have an issue with record links after upgrading from NAV2013 to NAV2017.
Though the table 2000000068 contains data in NAV2017, we are not able to see them as Notes related to the record for example customer related Notes.
Please help me with this issue.
