NAV2016 Microsoft Dynamic CRM Connection Setup is missing

Hi,

I installed NAV2016 on a new server and attached our existing NAV database. All went well and now we want to integrate our Microsoft CRM with NAV. But in NAV I cannot find the Microsoft Dynamic CRM Connection Setup? It won't show up with a search and even 'Services' submenu is not showing/ missing under Department -> Administration -> IT Administration.

Do I missed something while installing NAV2016? Or has this something to do with the NAV license?

    I think it is the licence.
    If you change the setting 'UI Element Removal' on your midle tier to 'None' and restart the middle tier.
    If now the Microsoft Dynamic CRM Connection Setup is shown in the menu Departments/Administration/IT Administration/Services, you know for sure the the licence is the problem.

    Hi I changed the settings to 'none' for 'UI Element Removal' and restarted the service but still no success.
    The option 'Dynamic CRM Connection Setup' is not showing at Department -> Administration -> IT Administration -> Services

    Our NAV server is 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016' version 9.0.48466.0
